The company is happy to accept returns of most items within 30 days of the invoice date provided the
package is unopened and in good re saleable condition.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, MANUALS or TOOLS.

There are NO RETURNS on any orders that have been disputed in PayPal.
Please email our Returns department at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your email should include your name, order number, the quantity of items you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will reply within 42 hours in most cases.
The company will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Returns must be sent via UPS®, FedEx® or any courier that issues a tracking number. Please e-mail tracking numbers to email@example.com.
All items must be returned in "as-new" condition, in original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Once the return is received, please allow 15-30 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
The company will replace most defective products within 30 days of the invoice date. If you would like a replacement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received an RMA number, follow the instructions for returning the product. Then, email your order number and RMA number to email@example.com. We will ship you a replacement as soon as the defective product is received by our warehouse.
Most products have a one year warranty. Warranties vary per product. Please email Customer Service for warranty information for specific products.
