Before you purchase a propeller from us you need to know a few things.
There are NO RETURNS on propellers unless it has a factory defect.
Even if the box is still sealed there are NO RETURNS unless the propeller
has a factory defect.
This seems rough but in light of the numerous returns of propellers that customers
had incorrectly ordered it is neccessary.
If you find you have a defective Mercury Marine Propeller we suggest you simply
take the propeller to your nearest Authorized Mercury Marine Dealer for exchange.
You may also obtain from us a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Form by emailing us,
in detail, what the defect is. We will then issue you a RMA and upon inspection of the
propeller make an accurate determination as to the validity of defect claim.
If the claim is indeed a defect as determined by Mercury Marine and the claim falls
within the Mercury Marine Warranties and Procedures Guidelines then the propeller will be replaced.
Customer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS regardless of claim outcome.
WE suggest that all customers have a Certified Mercury Marine person test run their vessel
with an accurate tachometer and with a selection of test propellers in order to get the
information possible to get the best propeller for their application.
Do NOT buy a propeller unless you are sure it is going to be the correct one.
